Unemployment in professionals without experience and the lack of political will in solving the problem

 In Colombia is very frequent unemployment, Something I want to express, it is the challenge that have recent graduated professionals for getting an employment.

In which on the one hand the companies and corporations require a two years or one year minimum experience and on the other hand this is just a guess mine in which I think there is a lack of will from politicians in power, that with their rhetoric promises, when they are in political campaign but when they are in the power, in the moment of trying to deliver their promises. They forget it.

I think the solution is in which the Colombian government reduce in all their public entities the payroll and government entity expensive for the Colombian government allocate the money as a incentive to companies and corporations by:

• Recent graduated professionals without experience.
• Professionals with under two years of experience.
